Long Night of Research 2022 - the Center for Cancer Research is happy about the large number of visitors

(Vienna, 20.05.2022) The Center for Cancer Research and the Comprehensive Cancer Center Vienna were present with an extensive program at the Long Night of Research this year. As an integrated station along the research mile of the Medical University of Vienna, around 300 visitors found their way to cancer research.

 

More than 80 committed volunteer employees of the Center for Cancer Research and the Comprehensive Cancer Center Vienna welcomed the visitors, offered exciting hands-on games and experiments in the entrance area, invited to 9 lectures and 5 poster presentations, and offered 7 different tours through the center building to get to know special research devices and apparatus.

The Kids-Lab was a real visitor magnet again! An all-round successful night and we would like to thank the visitors for the lively interest in the research work at our center!
