About the Speaker
Dr. Tsutsui is a Research Scientist at the Yale Cancer Biology Institute at Yale University, working in the laboratory of Dr. Mark Lemmon. Her research focuses on the dynamic mechanisms underlying mutant-selective inhibition of EGFR, using HDX-MS alongside complementary structural, biophysical, and biochemical approaches. She earned her Ph.D. in Biophysics from Case Western Reserve University in the laboratory of Dr. Patrick Wintrode. She subsequently completed postdoctoral training with Dr. William Clemons Jr. at the California Institute of Technology and with Dr. Pradman Qasba at the National Cancer Institute in Frederick, Maryland.
